Bridget Armstrong
NA Head, Central Region
Bridget Armstrong heads the TNS North America Central Region and US Consumer Sector business, which includes food, beverages, packaged goods, OTC and retail industry segments. In this leadership role, she works diligently to ensure effective partnerships with clients to help them innovate and build strong brands, by leveraging the breadth and depth of TNS' research team expertise and solutions.
Prior to the merger with TNS, Bridget served as U.S. CEO of Research International (RI), and before that was SVP of Sales and Client Services for the Central Region of MarketTools, Inc. For most of her career, she held senior leadership roles at TNS and NFO WorldGroup, serving as a regional and senior client relationship manager. She began her career in market research on the ground level, working in data processing and statistical programming before moving into client-servicing roles. Bridget brings a wealth of research experience to TNS clients having worked across a variety of industry sectors including CPG, Retail, Insurance and Restaurants. She is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago.

Michele Johnson
NA Head, Consumer Sector – P&G
Based out of our Cincinnati office, Michele Johnson has been with TNS for over two decades, with all but one of those years serving P&G. She is now Executive Vice President, Consumer, fully dedicated to P&G. Her responsibilities encompass the hiring, developing, and managing of the 135-person P&G project management, analytic, account management, and operations teams.
Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green University. Out of the office, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and four boys, as well as reading and cooking.

Michael Ennamorato
Managing Director, Canada
Michael Ennamorato heads TNS Canada and is responsible for the overall direction of TNS in the Canadian Market. In this capacity, he also takes an active leadership role in delivering insight, design creativity and quality to key clients. He has in-depth experience with assessment, fine-tuning and generation of innovative solutions and new product development in a wide range of applications.
Since coming to TNS Canada, Michael has been instrumental in building our presence in a number of key sectors, including healthcare, travel and telecommunications, financial, and has assumed responsibility for the design, management and interpretation of a wide range of quantitative studies for a number of major clients.
Michael has devoted a significant amount of his practice to large-scale strategic research. He is actively involved with some of the larger and more complex ongoing studies conducted by our firm, and assumes a major role in providing interpretive results to senior management.
Prior to joining TNS Canada, Michael served as a principal researcher at the Centre for Urban and Community Studies in Toronto, specializing in housing research and studies concerning the relationship between urban environment and social development.
Michael is a member of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association, and former chair of the Research Agencies Council Standards Committee. He is also an active member of the Travel and Tourism Research Association (Canada Chapter), having served on its board and chaired its Marketing/Communications Committee. He also provides a public profile for TNS, presenting papers at a number of professional conferences.
Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in geography and urban studies and a Master's degree in social geography both from the University of Toronto.

David Kieselstein
Chief Executive Officer, TNS North America
David Kieselstein is Chief Executive Officer for TNS North America overseeing all TNS Custom Research business in the United States and Canada. Appointed to this role in September 2008, he holds overall leadership responsibilities for TNS North America's multidivisional operation, which provides high-quality research-based consumer information, analysis and insight to clients in all key industry sectors.
Prior to TNS, David served as General Manager for D&B's Small Business Credit Division, where he delivered improved operating income and integrated multiple divisions into a unified business.
David started his career with Nabisco Foods in Brand Management and then spent the next 16 years with Time Warner where he served in key leadership roles. David's most recent responsibilities at Time Warner were as President and Chief Executive of first the Personal Finance Media Group, and then the Parenting Media Group. Before that, he led the creation of a large scale, centralized direct marketing division which managed acquisition marketing for all Time Inc. Brands.
David's combination of proven leadership and wide experience in consumer marketing make him an ideal leader to capitalize on changes in the market and reinforce TNS' strong industry leadership position.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he now serves on the Dean's Alumni Council. He received his BA in Economics from Binghamton University.

Sanjay Mutha
NA Head, Western Region
Sanjay Mutha current leads the TNS North America's Western Region business and Technology Sector and is responsible for all aspects of the practice, including custom research, sales, client service, marketing, new product development, and profitability. He is a member of the TNS North America Board.
Sanjay joined TNS in 2009 bringing with him extensive experience in international sales, management and operations. Since 2007, he served as Managing Director of GfK's Technology practice in North America and a member of their North American Board.
Earlier in his career he spent eight years with Gartner Inc. and eight years with Xerox Corporation.

Jeff Neiheisel
Executive Vice President, Business Development Leader
Jeff serves as overall Business Development Leader for TNS North America, responsible for growth opportunities and business development strategy and best practices. Possessing more than 20 years of domestic and global experience in the market research industry, Jeff most recently served as US leader for the TNS Consumer Sector and before that, Senior Vice President with TNS Worldwide, leading the North American Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) practice. Prior roles comprised heading global key account client service groups for both the Consumer and Technology sectors.

Robert Neuhaus
NA Head, East Region
Robert Neuhaus is head of TNS North America East Region and Financial Services sector business, and is responsible for all aspects of the practice, including custom research, sales, client service, marketing, new product development, and profitability.
Robert comes to TNS with extensive experience in executive-level consulting and sales experience within the commercial, middle market, business banking and corporate finance industries. Prior to his current role at TNS, Robert served as a Principal of Greenwich Associates from 2001-2006 where he developed a series of initiatives focusing on growth strategies, sales effectiveness, relationship management, marketing and customer service. From 2000-2001, Robert was at Offroad Capital where, as Vice President of Business Development, he played an integral role in the marketing of the first proven end-to-end technology platform for the online distribution of private securities.
From 1991-2000, Robert worked at M&T Bank as a Regional Commercial Banking Executive, where he gained experience in all facets of commercial banking, including credit, business development, sales management, acquisition integration, sales force automation, marketing strategy, training, recruiting, and community involvement. Prior to joining M&T Bank, Robert served as Vice President with J.P Morgan & Co., Inc. where he served as senior relationship manager for both the structured and corporate finance divisions.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public policy from Duke University and an Executive MBA in finance from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Kelly Noguerol
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
As Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Kelly Noguerol oversees all TNS North America HR operations and functions.
Before joining TNS, Kelly served as Executive Vice President of Talent for Lightspeed Research where she was responsible for building Lightspeed Research’s global framework of talent management principles, guidelines and practices. She was also instrumental in building organizational capability and optimizing the motivation and commitment of Lightspeed Research’s staff to drive performance and individual and team contribution.
Prior to joining Lightspeed Research in 2005, Kelly spent 10 years at ORIX USA Corporation, a financial services company. In her role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources she was part of a senior leadership team that drove a major turnaround initiative and established a solid-track record of driving business performance and successfully implementing strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this assignment, Kelly held an HR leadership position supporting business units and corporate staff.
In addition, Kelly held a senior level human resources position in a corporate environment responsible for workplace development, benefits and compensation, staffing, and HR processes and information management.
Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.

Susan Pikitch
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Susan Pikitch is Chief Financial Officer for TNS’ North American Custom Research business.
Susan is an exceptional business and finance executive with more than 25 years of broad-based experience in the financial, professional and information services sectors. Prior to joining TNS she served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations for Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting business and the company’s Chief Financial Officer leading the finance, administration, strategic planning and integration functions across 14 global offices.
Susan has a strong track record in implementing large-scale financial systems, mergers and acquisitions, and building talented and motivated financial teams. Throughout her 22 years at Standard & Poor’s she directed all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis, and global accounting. She was credited with negotiating numerous acquisitions, equity investments and service agreements and orchestrated significant financial process improvements and cost reductions.
As CFO and member of TNS Custom’s Senior Leadership Team, Susan is responsible for the oversight of the company’s Operational Finance, Accounting, and Pricing and Project Accounting groups in the US and Canada. She is responsible for all TNS North American Custom budgeting and forecasting initiatives and activities and liaises with other North American businesses to deliver regional financial results to TNS’ global organization.
Susan holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern School of Business.

Beth Teehan
Executive Vice President, North America Operations
Beth Teehan is responsible for all operations activities within TNS North America and is a member of the TNS North America Board.
She was previously CEO of Kantar Operations, TNS' parent company and is an accomplished marketing research executive with a strong track record in strategic business development, quality, process improvement and operational execution. While at Kantar, she also held senior roles in client relationship management, SVP of Data Collection Services for Millward Brown, and Managing Director for Intelliquest.
She is a frequent speaker and actively involved in research industry associations.

Sam Thayer
Head of Offer, Strategy, and Marketing
Sam Thayer is Head of Offer, Strategy, and Marketing for TNS' North American Custom Research business. Prior to this, he served as President of Client Services since July 2008 and before that Global Head for the Finance Sector, a position he assumed in August of 2006. Before that he was responsible for the finance sector business in the US.
Sam's strategic marketing research expertise includes market structure and segmentation, new product development, brand/advertising tracking, competitive positioning and customer loyalty measurement. His finance sector experience includes corporate and institutional banking, property/casualty insurance, and investment services.
Previously, Sam was a principal at Abt Associates (Cambridge, MA), a partner at Harbridge House (Boston, MA) now a Price Waterhouse Coopers subsidiary, and an officer in the International Investment area at JPMorgan (New York, NY).
Sam is a Trustee of the Marketing Sciences Institute. Sam received his B.A. from Trinity College (Hartford, CT), and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
